We’re not happy, if you’re not happy. Kidley is committed to providing the utmost satisfaction to all customers with superior quality products, exemplary shopping experiences, and eager customer support.

Return Criteria:

  • The product(s) should be purchased only from and not from any other retailer, be it online or offline.
  • Return request should be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed.
  • There should be no stains, marks, stitches, or holes in the product(s), caused by the consumer
  • All tags and the original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s)
  • Original invoice should be returned with the product(s)
  • Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
  • No return on Thermals and Underwear.
  • Refund amount will be deducted from courier charges.
  • Refund amount would be credited in terms of reward points.
  • No Return Due to COVID-19.
  • You have to ship back the product yourself.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at [email protected] within 1 hour of placing the order from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 6 PM. Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
